They come with a kraft brown envelope and I aim to ship them out within 48 hours in sturdy card backed envelopes. If you buy two or more I will plant a tree in the Amazon rainforest too!

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Delivery
I aim to ship all items within 48 hours. Please note Giclee prints take 7-10 days to print and ship. International orders can take up to 30 days. For shipping costs head to shopping cart for a calculation based on item and location. I do combine shipping for multiple items. Hand delivery is available for Plymouth residents (UK)
