Return & Delivery Policy
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads
Conditions of return
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Delivery
I aim to ship all items within 48 hours. Please note Giclee prints take 14 days to print and ship. International orders can take up to 28 days. For shipping costs head to shopping cart for a calculation based on item and location. I do combine shipping for multiple items. Hand delivery is available for Plymouth residents (UK)
