Return Policy
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

GALLERY PRINTS are posted by me from home. Dispatched within 24 hours and sent out 2nd class.
GICLEE PRINTS Ordered same day, these are professionally printed using Giclee methods and shipped from my print partner.
Expect delivery to take 7-10 days in the UK and 10-14 days overseas.
Delivery
I aim to ship all items within 48 hours. Please note Giclee prints take 7-10 days to print and ship. International orders can take up to 30 days. For shipping costs head to shopping cart for a calculation based on item and location. I do combine shipping for multiple items. Hand delivery is available for Plymouth residents (UK)
